LOCAL DELIVERY

At this time, we are only offering personalized free local delivery within an 25km radius of Calamvale. Deliveries are offered only on Thursday Only at this stage. Times will be organized between both parties (usually between the hours of 11am - 3pm). Deliveries are person to person, thus please ensure that someone of legal age is available to accept the product.

Please ensure the receiver inspects the product before accepting the delivered product.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we can not offer you a refund or exchange of our product after it has been accepted.

SHIPPING

We are offering shipping Australia wide. Shipping will be done with Mailplus/ Startrack at a flat rate of $ 15.00. We will ship on Monday or Tuesday, please expect delivery on Wednesday or Friday.

Product will be shipped in an sealed parcel, enclosed will be the product and an ice pack to ensure freshness. Please keep in mind though - the perishability of the product.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we can not offer you a refund or exchange of our product after it has been accepted.

LOCAL PICKUP

Once you arrive to pick up your order, please ensure you have your order confirmation ready for one of our staff members to check. Our staff will then show you the product to you for your inspection. Once you are happy and deem the product acceptable our staff member will then hand you the order for you to take away and enjoy.
